Saturday Tutoring Classes
Sessions must be booked and paid online before students are admitted to each session.
Bookings are accepted up to 15 minutes of the start of the session.
Arrival

Students should enter the front of the school building. Signs will be posted to direct students to the classroom.

Please arrive EARLY. Students can arrive as early as a half an hour before the session. The classroom door will close at exactly the scheduled class time. Arrival after the scheduled class time will be considered a no show with no refund.

Students should bring pen or pencil, paper, laptop and charger.
Dismissal

Leaving early is discouraged to ensure the full benefit of each session and limit the disruption to the learning environment. If on a rare occasion early dismissal is necessary, no refund will be issued.

After the session, students must leave the school premises in a timely manner or risk incurring a supervision fee.
Behavior Policy
Students are expected to be actively engaged in the learning process and refrain from excessive talking, any cell phone use, or causing any disruptions to the learning environment. Students causing disruptions will be at risk of having to leave the class without a refund or restricted from future sessions. Cell phone use, eating and drinking (except water) in the classroom is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy
I take pride in providing an effective and positive learning experience. As a result, I do not provide for refunds after sessions have started. Please contact me by email if you are not satisfied with the session. acealgebratutor@gmail.com

Cancellations for full refund of the session fee (excluding the transaction fee) can be made up to 48 hours of the scheduled session time.

Cancellations for a $20 refund of the session fee (excluding the transaction fee) can be made up to 18 hours of the scheduled session time.

No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 18 hours or no-shows.
